8.2 - Knee lifts
Knee lifts are the simplest fat burning exercise in this section and are good for those who have a low level of fitness, or as an exercise to keep the pulse raised in a circuit with many different exercises.
For knee lifts you can either carry out a certain number of reps, or you can perform them for a given amount of time.
A. To perform knee lifts simply jog in the spot and lift your knees as high as possible.
B. To help keep proper form you can extend your arms out in front of you and aim to bring your knees to your hands on each rep.
